I have now been battling with MWEB's Poor Service for over 3 months.
Problem Still unresolved.
Contract Canceled.
Yet receive email threatening legal action as i have declined to pay last remaining month's bill, due to POOR service and Breach of Contract.
Surely you can Never expect anyone to PAY for a Service Not Received.
You don't go to the Cinema and Pay for half a Movie or 1 that blurs.
So by ALL means, hand me over to the Credit Dept and Face a Law Suite.
This small fish an't walked over by Bigger Fish. We live in the Same Pond.
VERY Unhappy with your Service MWEB.
