TELKOM stop harrassing your customers

I have tired of receiving calls EVERY morning between 8am and 9am from 011950000. The entire week 25Nov-29Nov2013 I was harassed with Telkom sales agents offering me data deals... sometimes TWICE A DAY!

I was very nice every time and requested on a daily basis that I be removed from Telkom's database. I AM A NIGHTSHIFT WORKER AND YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY SLEEPING ROUTINE... I SLEPT THE ENTIRE WEEKEND AND I AM EARLY SHIFT THIS WEEK AND CAN'T RECOVER...

I AM NOT EVEN A TELKOM CLIENT!

If you can't even follow a simple instruction, how can you expect me to EVER be your client.

This morning I blew my gasket at the consultant and asked for a manager... guess what happened next... she offered me a 011 number to dial for a manager! What kind of service is that! Then she finally gave the phone over to a manager, Zoli... I instructed that I be removed and got excuses of the system this and that... I am not interested in your systems Zoli... you are harrassing me! SHE ENDED THE CALL ON ME!!

If I receive ONE more call, I WILL take legal action. I know my CPA rights and ICASA will hear about this!

I DEMAND AN APOLOGY AND A GESTURE FOR THE GRIEF THAT I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING!
