No feedback and shocking service

I am convinced that Nashua Mobile's bad service knows no bounds. Nothing was done after I was mistreated by a staff member and the day after I wrote my complaint here, I went to pick up my phone as I had been told to fetch it on Wednesday and AGAIN was spoken to VERY rudely by the same guy, who had the audacity to ask me if he had said it was ready and told me that he did not care that I was a paying customer when I reminded him. I eventually spoke to the manager on duty who told me to send my complaint in an email, which I did, then asked her to follow up on my claim. No response. I called again and another guy told me he would follow up. Nothing again. It is annoying that I have to keep complaining and STILL do not get the service I deserve from them. I will definitely NOT be staying on with them.
