Complaint STILL not been resolved

I posted a complaint on 22 January regarding money that was incorrectly taken of my account.

Nashua Mobile responded by saying the manager of the store will be informed and will resolved this. NOBODY has contacted me since and this STILL has not been resolved. I keep phoning and finally got hold of a lady called Charlotte. She told me she would look into this but again I've heard nothing since. I am now considering legal action because no company is allowed to just take money of your account without authorisation. And the fact that nobody is getting back to me on this is shocking service. I have been a loyal Nashua Mobile client for many years and do not deserve this kind of service.
