Contract with them expired in Feb. I gave notice on 26/11 to move account to prepaid - they came back and say I must give 30 days notice & they will only do this on 31/12. According to law, they must do as requested with 24 hours. They are using delay tactics to move me to prepaid - I get sms to say it will be deactivated, then I get sms to say this request cancelled (but I didn't cancel request) then get sms again to say it will be deactived etc. I want my account moved to prepaid with 24 hours - a simply request. When you call help line, people dealing with request not available & so excuses go on & on.
