Repeatedly logged same fault, consistently ignored

Dear Telkom,

I have logged the same fault twice now, once with reference 1214CTK141113, and later with 900CTK261113. Both were closed without action. The second time a lady phoned to confirm the problem I was experiencing. I explained to her the intermittent nature of my internet connection, and that the problem gets worse when it rains. My connection disconnects at least 2-3 times per day on a good day, and every 5-30 minutes on a bad one. It's a 4Mbps connection, yet often performs like a 1Mbps. Since I often use it to VPN from home this makes my life very difficult. She promised that a technician would have a look and that I would be called before they come. Next day the fault was again closed without action, tonight my connection is again unstable.

Clearly either the exchange is oversubscribed, there is faulty equipment in the exchange, or something is wrong with the line. Whatever the case I would appreciate if Telkom actually looks into the problem instead of simply closing this as fixed when it clearly is not.
