I have been waiting for my new iphone for 2 weeks, at the same time my old blackberry has totally died. So I am left without a cellhpone which is totally unsafe and not acceptable for a mom with a very small child. My cellhpone keeps on getting returned to the headoffice because they cant contact me on my cellphone (i dont have a phone anymore). I have given nurmerous instructions to contact my husband or workline and asked for priority as I feel really unsafe driving around without a phone and my 20 month toddler.
The call centre just passes the buck and cannot tell me the exact date of delivery. I have called countless time and have gone through so many people.
Cell C you are shocking, you have gotten too big and dont care about your customers. I would appreciate some feedback and who to contact directly not a stupid call centre who doesnt care.
