Where do I start

Vodacom South Africa has sent me a letter of Demand after I have closed my account for 7 YEARS. At first i thought this is a but Vodacom was great in confirming with me that their blood hound legal firm is in deed appointed by vodacom, TSLEGALSERVICES. Now try contacting them from Namibia, impossible.
Can i ask anyone who reads this, who keeps records of payments/statements for 7 YEARS?? After being threatened with lawsuits, blacklisting etc. I decided to throw money at the problem so it goes away. However, not vodacom or tslegalservices wants to confirm that they have receive payment nor do they respond to my e-mails and their call centre could not assist either..I have sent more then 20 e-mails with all my statements, legal documents, proof of payment etc. You guys are sure as making contacting you very difficult. Stop hiding behind a wall. This counts for tslegalservices cc as well
