For the last 3 das ive been trying o get this useless cell c to refundmy airtime as 1stly the agent gives me wrong details, i been calling each day and keep getting promsed a call back, today after escalating this to thesuprvisor thabo, a guy by the name of sisfiso called me bck, the way he handled the query was shocking! He spoke as he was dng me a huge favour by calling me bck so in my frustration wth ths useless netwrk i told him hes not doing me any favours by calling me back after waiting 3 days, he just chucke the phone down in my ear and we were not cut off- he was angry cause i tld hm just hw i felt so he showed me just hw he FELT AND SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR, WHY AM I NOT SURPISED, THE MOST USELESS NETWRK SERVICE PROVIDER, RUDE SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING IF THIS IS HOW YOURL TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS
