I have been complaining with regard a pin not working and i have been debited money on my bank account as I was told only of the R249 that will be debited only when i borrow money the first time but this month twice my account has been debited and an I phoned spoke to Yuhnze and she promised that she will get a senior person to call me but nothing the following day i spoke to Yethu of which he said it was an error but i need to send the a letter with my bank account of which same time i send an email and faxed but so far nothing has happened.

Kindly refund me and cancel this as it its unacceptable to do business like that, you are misleading south africans and I`m wondering how you get away with this.
