I have recently been in Ghana on business, during which period I contacted a client using my Cell Phone on a few occasions.
When I received my itemized billing I was shocked see that the rate had increased from R 6, 08 / minute to
R 69, 41 / minute (ie. on 30/09/2013 a 2.46 min. call was R18.25 and on 22/10/2013 a 2.23 min. call to the same number was R208.23)
I approached Autopage in Hillcrest who sent an E mail to the head office. A week has now gone past and despite three phone calls to Customer Services, the problem still exists.
