I made a report last week and within 2 days received a response from Hosea Magano from the Escalation Centre who then gave me a new reference: ARS 238047.
Yesterday a technician arrived at my gate, so the domestic worker asks him to please wait while she calls me, I get to the gate and he is GONE!! 10 minutes later I receive a SMS to say "your report reference 88CRK081113 was restored". This is not right!!! My line is still down - down meaning when you pick up the telephone, it is DEAD and Internet light on modem is OFF!!!
I can't handle this incompetency and why should I first have to report to hellopeter before I get a response???
