I don't even know where to start first! The fact that the Chatz gang stand outside the shops entrance and smoking or the kids that's sitting on the customer chairs and the customer must stand and rumbling around the shop! I went for a upgrade quote to get the papers for my husband to sign after they assured me they have the phone (nokia) in stock and that they will keep it for me. But sure as when I went back they didn't have it in stock. I let it slide this ones. I got the papers signed and Andre promised me that they will order another one and they will keep it. After letting me know I can come pick up the phone they didn't have it for the second time but gave it to someone else! Never mind the ladies there's bad attitude that you feel so unwelcome when you go to them for help! Their service is always bad! Always have a attitude. And the way they run the shop is unprofessional! Never will I go there again. Stay away from Chatz Connect Vanderbijlpark.
