I took out a top up contract in September and the sales lady said it would be R409.Now I've been told by another cell c branch that. The monthly fer is actually R458? I agreed to R409 and that's what I will pay. They say the additional amount is vat? I was never told that. Please sort this out and refund me the difference for October.
