Very bad service and feedback polisy

Without bis for 3 weeks everytime they telling me it will be fix within 48 hours, you waiting almost 30 mins before they answer there phone and at the end still no answers regarding how they can help you .i took out a new contract with them wasnt happy with the phone after i told them to collect the phone again they dont have no trace where the phone is, which i will not pay for it because it was collected i will never tell someone to take out a contract even if the phone is for free very bad service and call center agents are unexperience for the jobs they doing the names of the call center agents who promise to get back to me was neo and raskisa after team leader ashley phoned me and iam still sitting with the same thing i phoned the call center this week more than 20 times
