Telkom service is disgusting my line has been down since the 15th October 2013, today is the 21 November. Thats over a month. Ever since i logged the call i have had no feedback, managers don't bother calling you and the line remains down.
i called the call centre to cancel my line, as soon as the agent hears that he either drops the call or transfer for you and i have waited for almost 3 hours and had calls dropped. its sad to see that they advertise so much and can't keep up to client expectations.
