Cell C says my account is in arrears, i must pay them R70 for reverse fee. I went to Mega City Cell C store and ask them to change the payment method to Manual, i did that in mid september. I think since May i ve been paying them manually. Whose fault is it if the store didnt make changes? I dnt wanna pay that R70 cos i did advise the store to change. I want them to call me today and tell me that they wont suspend my line as they stated in the sms they sent me yesterday.
