I called Cell C on the 20.11.13 to change the payment method to cash, today am receiving sms stating that i am in arrears as they tried to debit my account. The agent that assisted me said he ll create a case so that the relevant dept cud change it to cash 3112002947, case number. I called the call centre today to find out wat was written on that case, it was something totally different from wat the agent promised to write so that why cell c tried to debit it again. Ts not the 1st time complaining abt cell c. Their staff arent competitive as well even the last complaint i wrote here on hello peter was the same so why ddnt the person that the last complaint was escalated to ddnt change it cos it was clearly stating that i want the payment method changed. I promised you guys i wnt pay this R70 again, last u hl my line and ddnt attend to my complain. This month i wont since this is ur mistake. And i paid u on the 13th.12.12, dont know why u attempted to debit my account. Before u started being incompetent i used to pay u on the 15 th of every month, none of this happened where i had to pay 70 for reversals.
