Incorrect billing on self phone account

I applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4, the contract stated R449 per month and I agreed to the top up 200 on this phone for a fixed rate of R449 per month. My first payment was more than R600 for all the sim connections and so on. The next month was R534 and it continued up until now. I phoned and asked why is it thatci pay more than I should and they said my black berry (previous phone) is still on insurance. I don't even use that phone any more. I asked them to put a stop to it and still they have not done anything about it. Over these past 10 months or so it comes to a total of R840 that I paid for nothing. I would like to cancel my contract due to the fact that they would simply not care what I have to say, because they get there money and a upset client. If it's possible I would like to clam back that money.
