I wanted 2 galaxy tablets for each of my kids-for min subscription and no open lines as they are aged 8&12 and I have uncapped wifi in my house.the monthly fee should have been R330 pm per tablet.instead I got a bill for 2868.12 and 1530.93 for the first 2 months! when I queried -the reply was I can migrate and that will only happen in December.i in no uncertain terms told lucas and chester what I wanted-the document I signed -I presumed was based on my explanation.anneke tried helping and said if I am not happy I should call the owner -I requested his number, but did not receive it.when I phoned I was kept waiting for Anneke for more than 30 min-when she eventually got to the phone her reply was that she does not have the owners number or contact detail and that she cannot speak to me any longer as she has a client with her.i have been a client of autopage for 10 years-I can not wait for my contract to expire and will most surely not deal with them (Brooklynbranch) ever again.
