Upgrade - Problems

Upgraded early October based on a their booklet (link to booklet) [URL Removed] . Called on 24/10/2013 to ask them why am I not getting the bundles and logged a call to date no feedback from MTN. When I called 20/11/2013 I spoke to 2 ladies, one said "the notes on the call says Im not entitled to the bundles, the other one said "yes you will get the bundles on 21/11/2013". Whats the actual outcome of this call & why do I have to keep calling MTN to follow up and they dont call me???

Trust you well. Sorry for the late reply.
With regards to your query Mrs Beukes, it was escalated as discussed on the 24th of October 2013 with Reference number : 2817723.
From my side, the entire sale process was completed correctly which I have even triple checked, however, with regards to the Ref:2817723 that was escalated to our IT department to have a look at and to advise.
I have logged a second one yesterday and today with reference number 2892586.
I should have feedback shortly and will advise.
