I've been having troubles with 8TA for some time and every time they tell me its been sorted out.
Today when i phoned again to find out what is going on with my account they told me it has been cancelled, and when i asked them Westgate 8ta and the billing center can not provide me (THE CLIENT) with Proof that account has been cancelled that i found ridiculous. And i was told by the billing department all i can use as proof of cancellation is The date (19 November 2013) and time for call (14:27pm to 14:31pm)

Also 8ta stores about never answers their phone or when you do get to speak to them, their systems are busy and they have to call you back.
