Email service were of on the 31 Oct. 1 Nov, 7 and 8 Nov 14 and 15 Nov and again today. In all instances it was not possible to send or receive emails or not possible to send emails.
Every time we contact Voc Telecom the consultants were more concern regarding the account than their service to us as clients. This reflects the modus operandi of management.
Every time it eventually seems to be a problem with their servers. On the 14 and 15 november Vox telecoms claim the problem was my computers but eventually it was again problems with their servers.
I do experience the same today, that the saix servers is not sending our mails out. In no instance were we as clients notified of the problem. Every time you have to call in and holding on for a very long time only to hear the problem was their servers.
service received from Vox telecom is becomming extremely frustrating and very unecceptable.
