Poor Customer Service

Our cell phone contract expired on 24 March 2013. Went to Cell C Northgate branch to cancel the contract. We were given a form to sign and the staff member went to the back room to fax to their head office.

Today after 8 months, money is still taken from our bank account. Went to back to North gate branch to find out, to our surprise we now meet new faces. All the people who helped us are not there anymore. Someone anonymously informed us that the people who used to work there never did their part hence they are not there anymore.

It is obvious that we cant be held responsible for this, we are just innocent customers. We were not given any paper after cancellation but we have seen cameras in the shop. Camera footage can proof that we were there, we will provide the dates. Someone at Cell C need to do something about this. We are not letting it go.
