I am appalled with the discovery that I am getting a deduction of my airtime for something I did not subscribe for.
I would appreciate it if you could stop as of today (17 November 2013) and never do it again. This is as I do not access any of your service I am an MTN subscriber and do not have any dealings with your company.
I have heard a lot of people complaining about your company never thought the same thing can happen to my line.
