I got a call from 087 350 1518, (I think the guys name is Shewanaaz) who was trying to sell me a service called two for one. I declined the service because I have a similar one with Vitality and while I was explaining this to him, he banged the phone down on me.
I then proceeded to call the head office (011 3248000) and spoke to the switchboard who put me through to CC. A lady by the name of Liby/Liberty answered and then just does not respond. I could hear her in the background working and chatting. I made a second call and the switchboard operator put me through for the second time explaining that there was issues with the phone lines. However, before I could ask her to get someone to call me back, she just put me through. I had the same issue, phoned the third time and the switchboard operator spoke to me in slow motion like she was talking to a 2 year old. I was livid at the way she spoke and did responded to her in not a very nice way or language.
I am totally disappointed in their service but even more disappointed that the switchboard operator put me in a position where I actually swore her.
