I emailed CellC 20 Oct 2013 to provide me with the upgrade option cost. I got a response from Bishop Leutle that the call centre will call me.
I replied and asked her to rather email me the options.
They call me about 1 week later, thereafter I needed to ask them to send me the options. Needed to give my Email address, although they have it on record and I emailed them.
Till now I had no email or phone call.
How can I keep using them after about 8 years with them? Come on.
Their signal is also bad in my area after complaining for more than 1 year. Nothing has improved.
