I renewed my agreement with them and noticed two months ago that the are charging me fees that only takes effect with the new agreement.
I then queried this with them and two months later the matter is still not resolved, I sent them 24 statements going back to the last renewal of my account.
They still did not come back to me and everyone is just ignoring the matter.
I wonder how many customers are being robbed like this out of their money by being charged device fees and services for contacts two months before they start.
The only time I got a response when I didn't pay my account then they were quick to call me and the response I got from my so called accounts manager Siyabonga was "I don't deal with that, pay your account or it will be locked" really what a great attitude lets steel our clients money and hope they don't notice and when they do we ignore them
