When contacting accounts department they advised I was up to date with account of July and I owed nothing for the month. I then received calls end Aug saying I was in arreas. I tried sorting things out with no luck eventually making arrangements to make payments over 3mths due to Virgin been in the wrong. Now they have marked me as a bad payer with ITC. I am not responsible for the arreas! I want this sorted out and cleared with itc I have had endless problems. Even if we come to an agreement of cancelling my contract as I very dissatisfied. One problem not been sorted out for almost a YEAR!!!
