My phone was disconnected yesterday due to me exceeding my call limit, 8ta erred as I was on an unlimited plan and contract was only taken out in latter part of Dec2012.
I called 8ta call centre and the agent refused to understand the fact that I could not exceed my call limit as I was on an unlimited voice plan. This is a business contract and I needed to make calls urgently.
I then spke to the team leader in call centre and still no joy with my query. After a few hours and still no joy and assistance I managed to get a hold of Mohammed the manager. His dedicated and prompt assistance got me connected in like 15 minutes. I pray and hope the rest of his team can learn from him, taking the iniative in resolving queries quickly instead of just finding excuses in making the queries the clients problem.
Well Done Mohammed and thanks again!! You are a true asset to 8ta...
