Good morning.

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my wife. On the evening of the 4th of November 2013, my wife, coming home from work, realized that her second phone line was blocked, the message on-screen stated invalid sim. She immediately contacted the Vodacom customer service, only to be told that someone did a sim swop on that line. It has now been 2 days later and after several calls to the C/service centre no-one has yet returned a call to tell us what is actually happening. My argument is that, me as my wife's spouse cannot even draw a statement without having proper authority from her to do so, and here some stranger did a complete sim swop without the appropriate documentation. This "person" also got away with a substantial amount of airtime. The only response that we received from the agent was that the matter will be handed down to their department. Like I said that was 2 days ago. The fact that someone has done this without the appropriate authority borders close to breaching of contract. Just a warning to other subscribers of Vodacom to be very careful. We just want an answer to the problem and to know who the is that from us.
