Since my upgrade (scheduled to be effective as of the 1st of November, for which I have already PAID IN FULL), I have had no connectivity. Six days into the month Vodacom still has not activated my sim swap. With frustrating communications back and forth on Facebook for days, I am FURIOUS. I received only 3 calls to sort the problem yesterday. I was told to turn phone off and on and off and on all day, wasting a lot of my time still had no result. No one has followed up on the query or bother to see it through to resolution. Further, I am unable to run my business, which relies heavily on mobile communications. This needs to be rectified TODAY.
If you cannot sort the Sim Swap, then a new one must be delivered and activated TODAY.

I have paid for a service and expect it to be delivered. On top of this, I expect reimbursement for the days that I have not had connectivity, up to and including today.
