I Angelo Mount called Cell C call centre and reported to them that large amounts of my air time is missing from my account. They gave me a reference number (131021016822) and told me that they will look in to it and give back to me with in two days. I have called them on a number of occasion requesting feed back and they just put me on hold for so long that I have to drop the call. Every time I call in and give the reference number they gave me, they have on idea who or what I am talking about. It has frustrate me to the point of wanting to change networks. Will someone please assist me with this problem.
