Verry Poor Reception at Kusile power station

Receprion is verry bad, at Witbank and at Kusile power station regon. The problem is, when I make a call and get disconnected due to poor reception, my money gets deducted from my pre paid account. This has bee going on for the last 3 weeks. I use - R2000 a month on pre paid Vodacom calls for the last 6 years, and this is verry poor service to a good customer. I use 3 different Sim cards, one in my wife`s phone one in my phone and annother in a Android device and they all have bad Reception.
