Line down... again

Our office line is down once again for the 6th time in 6 weeks. The last fault logged they repaired the line between our office and the exchange. The line worked fine up until yesterday and now this morning it is the exact same problem again. Can we not move up to another line or another exchange where we wont have these constant problems all the time!? Previous fault number: 102CWK311013.
