Cannot seem to get off of their database

I cannot explain how annoyed I am with this company!
I started getting phone calls from them about a month ago - I took one call (the first one) told them I was not interested and to please not contact me again.

I remembered their number being from the Durban area (dialing code 031) - thereafter I was getting up to 15 calls a day!!!
I refused to answer, and much to my dismay this just got them calling me more.
My battery life doesn't even last until 2pm because my phone is constantly ringing!

I even started rejecting the calls hoping they would get the picture - but every time I rejected one call, in 5 seconds my phone would just ring again.

I have asked numerous agents to please remove me from their database - they all apologise and say that I will be taken off immediately.
Next day - another agent calls and has no idea that I asked to be taken off the database just the day before.

This has been ongoing now for several weeks.

They are driving me crazy!!!
I don't even know what else to do. I have never come across such persistent people in my life!

I feel like reporting them (and Vodacom) for harrasment - because where else did they get my contact details.
