This is pathectic service . for 4 days I have tried to get my sons BIS to work . they tell you to take out the battery and then it will work .this does not work you call back and the tell you to check the settings then take out the battery again it does not work you call back and the call center picks up and make out that they cannot hear you then they put you back in the cue . you hold on for 19 minutes then the whole process starts again . its been like this the whole day
it is now 15H25 and a lady by the name of Dimakatso has pick up the call and she can hear me Yay... she was more than helpfull trying to sort the BIS problem out lets hope we can get this fixed well done to her she needs a raise she was profesional listend to my problem and done things that no other consultant even thought of and yes the BIS is working WELL DONE DIMAKATSO UNFORTUNATELY WE LOST THE CALL CONECTION AND i COULD NOT RATE HER SERVICE IT WAS EXCELENT
