I phone Lee to book my car for service on 18/03/13, he said I can bring the car on 20/03/13. I took the car in at 6:30, when I got there Joddy attended me and ask if I did book and if I have who did I book with? Told her yes, booked with Lee on Mon.

Lee dispute me booking, but Juddy said its ok they will service the car anyway, told Juddy to write on the job card that brake pads and batter need to be changed, they must also send a shuttle to come fetch me at work when done. She agreed and said they will call during the day to advice me of the price for battery and brake pads.

I never got a call. I then called them at 4:30 and spoke to Juddy, I asked her if they are done with the car and did they replace my battery, she said she is not sure but I must hold while she is finding out from Lee, I could hear Juddy asking lee but could not hear his responds, then she said lee will call me back.

Got a call from the lady asking me to give his driver dirrectins, driver came and pick me up.

To cut the long story short, the battery was not replaced and lee gave me a of attitude when I ask about it.
He ended up exchanging words with his manager who was trying to reprimand him.
