Over billed and no one wants to help

Took out a 2 gig Vodacom sim packaged through autopage. I logged a query with them and was told that someone would be in touch in 2hrs. Tried 5 time since then with no managers available or avoiding the call and no one to assist.

They did not give the right advice to ensure the datapackage would not run over when taking out the deal and now left with a R2500 bill that should cost R106.

Manager is Imthiaz Ahroon who should have gotten back to me has not.
