Incorrect billing, AGAIN!

I went into the Cell C store in East Rand Mall, Boksburg. I was overcharged by R60, the price of BIS that wasn't supposed to be charged. After realising where the error came from, I asked the gentleman working there to take it off and ensure I no longer get charged that. He assured me that it was removed. This month yet again I was charged the extra R60. What was the point of me bothering to go in store? Pathetic service! And it won't be the first issue with Cell C overcharging me!
