Hi I have logged numerous jobs stating that my line never syncs at 10mb, I just want it to be syncing at 4mb. I am happy with that. Is that so hard to do? I have been complaining for over 3 weeks on your helpdesk. Now with your summer scoop special you have also throttled my service to download under 10kb. please look at your records and rectify this.
