I HAVE REQUESTED A STATEMENT IN ORDER TO PAY MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IMMEDIATELY, THEY HAVE FORWARDED ME A DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE FORM TO COMPLETE AND RETURN, I HAVE DONE SO AND HAVE FORWARDED SAME TO THEM VIA E-MAIL, I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS REQUESTING WHETHER THEY HAVE RECEIVED SAME, BUT TO NO REPLY!! I NEED MY ACCOUNT RECONNECTED? I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT MY SERVICE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO CONFIRM FEEDBACK BUT TO NO SUCCESS. I NEED MY LINE RECONNECTED ASAP! VERY POOR SERVICE.. IN DEED.
