I previously requested certain information regarding an illegal blacklisting that TelkomSA has against me, John Jakoba has ignored me for approximately 2 weeks now and is not giving me the information requested. Please provide me with the following:
1. A Copy of the contract as was entered into.
2. The Date the contract was entered into.
3. The Date the contract was cancelled.
4. The date I was blacklisted.
5. A list of all the credit bureaus I was listed with.
6. The adverse info as was provided to the credit bureaus.
Please provide me with this info via email only. Do not attempt to call me at any stage.
