NO THOUGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER

I STEPPED INTO THE CANAL WALK BRANCH AND STOOD AROUND LIKE A DUMB WONDERING WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO AND WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET ATTENTION.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO INDICATE WHERE YOU HAD TO QUEUE

THREE OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALSO STANDING AROUND AND, I GATHERED, THEY WERE ALSO WAITING TO BE SERVED SO I JOINEED THEM..

IT WAS ALMOST AMUSING TO SEE THE PUZZLED AND IRRITATED LOOK ON PEOPLE'S FACES AS THEY WALKED INTO THE STORE.

THIS LACK OF THOUGH FOR THE CUSTOMER IS INDICATIVE OF MTN'S "WE COULDN'T CARE" ATTTIUDE. IT WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO THE BRANCH AND IT WILL DEFINTELY BE MY LAST.
