I've been calling the call center numerous times and each time I'm referred to a branch, I called the branch today (Carlton Centre). I had a number 0746487164. All I'm trying to do is get this number back. I understand it was de-activated because of non-usage but I know very well that a number can be retrieved. Well since "THE POWER IS IN MY HANDS" I will see to it that you live to your promise. I want this email sent to the most senior person in Retentions/Client Services, whoever is in charge of activating numbers. I will not accept that I cannot get this number back as the Call Center and branch says because I know that I can get any number as long as it's not owed by anyone already. You have the resources to make this happen. I deal with clients every day and I must say you have a long way to go to understand what real Customer Service is. I'm sure every service industry is already practicing the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) campaign. i am not getting any joy, you can give me the number on contract but not on prepaid, why?
