TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO CALL BACKS

This will be my second complaint about MTN - the first complaint was never resolved hence i'm complaining again. Maybe i should go to the NEWSPAPERS - MAYBE THEN YOU WILL DO SOMETHING!

I haven't been able to send sms's for over two months now. I've been calling customer care every second day and finally a supervisor decided to assist (Rabelani Tshivhase). He gave me his email to REMIND him to do his job and phone me back and follow up on my compalint (REALLY) He called me back twice and thereafter he has been sick or on another call or just doesn't have feedback for he so doesn't take my calls.

I'm sick to death of phoning MTN customer care to try and figure out what is going on with this sms story. I cancelled my Vodacom contract to take this Iphone 4s contract and have had endless problems. This is my second time complaining on Hellopeter and MTN response was my sms's is active - so bascially we cannot help you. however the phone keeps saying (NOT DELIVERED). I've gone to the MTN shop in the Glen and the New Redruth Mall and spoke to a gentleman called Corne - but no call back.

I would like to cancel my contract NOW!!! MTN - WHAT A DISGRACE
