Not a person too complain, however find myself on this site for the second time! And about the same company!!!
MTN, cellular, I think I need to change companies!
I have experience the last two weeks of, I keep getting call failures, or dropped calls, on all my calls!
Took my phone Iphone 5 for software update, beacause mtn recommended that, and the same still happened?
Then they made me buy a new sim card? Still hppens
Then bought a new phone? Stilll happens?
I have a mtn 750 anytime contract that i cannot use because every call is cutt, or lost?
I will not pay for this contract, and wish too terminate with MTN
My bussiness is suffering
Tried 5 times this morning too explaine too the call center! No help, and no one phoned back?
