Ref 76ARK191013, my dsl/telephone line has been non operational since saterday the 19/10/2013, Telkom service has promised everyday that the technician will be dispatched, in the afternoon after 17:00 when, i get home and phone to follow up as the line was not repaired as promised I either get told the fault has been "escalated" to a different department OR the technician was on site but no body was there! Well slap me with a dead fish, normal thinking support people seeing that it is a house, you would would phone first to see when you can come or make arrangements to meet the customer, but no Telkom hire people which are not able think that far. 7 days and still waiting...!
