I have been battling to sort out this issue, i have no idea what the does FREAKEN cell c wants me to do, i signed up for a moderm that refuses to work and evertytime i call the call centre someone seems to have a different story evertytime i call and what amazes me is that, they never have records of me calling in to put in a enquiry. Now they have billed me up to R2587, without ever getting a statement form them, the only time i got the statement was in July when i when to an eastgate store to complain and i saw my account is up to -R1786, saying i have a high usage, but how do i have a high usage when i never get connected, plus my data is never finished. so tell me now how i got to R2587, IF this issue doest't get sorted out, you will be hearing from my lawyer and the Andaman. plus return my money
