Our company FPS Attorneys are contracted to Huge Telecome under account number 42663.
The service they have to provide is routing all outgoing cellphone outgoing calls through a router in stalled in our offices bring forth a saving on cellphone costs.
The problem is that the since 21 October 20123 their router has been down and our offices can make no outgoing cellphone calls.
The problem is that when you call their Bellville Office they redirect all their calls to their JHB office and JHB has no relationship with me as customer and cant help with my problem.
It is funny to mention that the JHB office gives me a cell number of the person in charge in Bellville but hence cant call as our routers are down.
The staff are now using their own cellphones at a huge cost to the company.
I have been promised by JHB office that they will get back to me but nothing has been doen about the problem
Just bad service and running away from their problem
